A private laundry room is fully equipped with a full-size washer, dryer, and additional storage space. The living room features a rust-colored L-shaped sofa that converts into two twin-size sleepers, along with a comfortable leather reclining chair. Entertainment options include a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Roku and access to DirecTV.

The dining area offers a table that comfortably seats eight guests. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, a built-in oven and microwave, a flat corning glass stovetop, and ample prep space, cupboards, and a small pantry. The island wet bar includes a large wine cooler and seating for three.

Master Bedroom #1 features a patio door opening directly onto the terrace, a king-size four-poster bed, matching night table, a 12-drawer dresser with a large mirror, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The master bathroom includes a rain shower, double-sink vanity, bright lighting, and a deep Jacuzzi bathtub.

Guest Bedrooms #1 and #2 are located across the hall from each other, each with access to a bathroom featuring a rain shower. Master Guest Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed with an elegant headboard and footboard, matching night tables, and a dresser. Guest Bedroom #3 offers a comfortable queen-size bed.

The spacious terrace is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, featuring two ceiling fans, a wet bar, and a tiled table that seats six guests. Note: A designated charcoal grill area and playground for small children are located on the 3rd floor. Charcoal is not included and is available for purchase at the convenience store.
